In this age of information, economic globalization is subjecting the entireworld to an irresistible, all-encompassing and profound transformation. Anysingle nation has the likelihood to exceed the boundaries of its domesticmarket, and its natural and human resources to realize an optimum allocation ofresources on the international level. By now, a pattern of multinationalcompetition has developed and China ’s accession into the WTO has provided itwith a rare opportunity to integrate into the international mainstream economiesand to realize its immense development potential. But at the same time China isbound to an important obligation—its solemn promise to abide by all the rulesand regulations of trade as agreed upon by all the WTO member countries. Undersuch circumstances, it is necessary for China to open its market according toprevalent international conventions and practices and bring its mode of economicoperation and management, along with relevant laws and regulations, into aninternational framework until absolute conformity is achieved.
Against such a larger background, the physical and geographical concept ofthe nationality of an enterprise has been virtually eliminated. Theintensification of international competition is bound to create resourceallocation on a global scale. How to implement cross-population andtrans-cultural management system and comprehensively elevate internationalcompetitiveness is a challenging subject that enterprises in developingcountries like China have to face. It is precisely based on this recognitionthat I, now on the verge of completing my undergraduate program, plans to pursuea master’s program in management whereby I may study and research on howinternational economy operates and how multinational companies apply theireffective management.
My four-year undergraduate program in Broadcast and Television Journalismat the Department of Journalism and Information Communication of xx Universityof Science and Technology has enabled me to acquire an open mentality, acuteinsights and rich practical experience. I have been the top student of my class,not only because of my consistent No. 1 ranking in terms of academic performancebut also because of my role as major organizer of a number of extracurricularactivities related to journalistic practices. As vice head of our university’sTV station, I produced a great number of special feature programs. 我是留學(xué)申請(qǐng)人唐過,1982年9月26日生于北京,2002年9月考入西安體育學(xué)院運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練專業(yè),并于2006年7月大學(xué)畢業(yè)。
大學(xué)畢業(yè)以后進(jìn)入北京潤(rùn)宏富商貿(mào)有限公司從事貿(mào)易工作,在工作的過程中接觸到了許多日本的企業(yè),了解到日本是個(gè)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的強(qiáng)國(guó),不論在哪些方面都十分的先進(jìn),加上工作的需要使我對(duì)于日本的經(jīng)濟(jì)方面的知識(shí)產(chǎn)生了濃厚的興趣,也閱讀了不少的日本經(jīng)濟(jì)方面的書籍,深深地喜愛上了日本這個(gè)國(guó)家。在工作中也結(jié)交了日本的朋友,但是發(fā)現(xiàn)不能很好的與他們進(jìn)行交流,所以自2009年6月開始學(xué)習(xí)日本語(yǔ),經(jīng)過一年多的日語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí),讓我更深入地了解了日本的文化,也萌生了去日本留學(xué)的想法。
經(jīng)過自己努力2010年4月拿到了JTEST E級(jí)證書,并申請(qǐng)了2011年4月到MANABI外語(yǔ)學(xué)院留學(xué)。但是遺憾的是2011年3月日本發(fā)生地震,由于父母比較擔(dān)心我取消了日本留學(xué)的計(jì)劃。
2012年9月工作變動(dòng)到北京客來客勝商貿(mào)有限公司業(yè)務(wù)部,擔(dān)任部門經(jīng)理。這家公司也是從事中日之間的貿(mào)易業(yè)務(wù)。工作關(guān)系有時(shí)需要和日本人客戶交流和看日文資料,初級(jí)的日語(yǔ)水平有時(shí)也滿足不了工作的需要,另外工作量也逐步加大,但我還是抽時(shí)間看一些日本新聞及經(jīng)濟(jì)類的書籍去學(xué)習(xí)。隨著日益變化的經(jīng)濟(jì)以及貿(mào)易市場(chǎng)發(fā)展,越發(fā)的感覺到自己的知識(shí)不足,于是我非常渴望去進(jìn)一步深造。而日本是我留學(xué)的第一選擇。父母也消除了原來的顧慮,同意了我去日本留學(xué)的`計(jì)劃。于是今年我又開始了日語(yǔ)的中級(jí)課程學(xué)習(xí),以彌補(bǔ)語(yǔ)言方面的不足。

I plan to study for Ph.D. in Biochemistry at Case Western ReserveUniversity with special interests in metabolism, macromolecular synthesis, andprotein crystal growth. I have had plentiful preparations. First, when being anundergraduate in the Department of Chemical Engineering at Tsinghua University,I got very extensive and intensive education. I took many courses on chemistryand the related subjects, and earned high scores for most of them. Second, mymajor, Polymer, can be put into good use in Biochemistry programs becausePolymer is closely related with biological Macromolecule. Third, I have workingexperience that enriches my theory and laboratory skills.
From 1990 to now, I have been engaged as an Assistant Engineer by theResearch institute, Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Corporation (RIBYPC). In thefirst year, I was in charge of a 5-litre reactor for polymerization ofCarboxylated Butadiene-Styene Latex. Then I was transferred to another researchgroup to synthesize PET/PHB copolymer, a kin of polyester, which has theproperty of Liquid Crystal. I am the assistant head of the group. We can preparethe novel polymer with high molecule weight and excellent property in a 2-litrestainless steel reactor. During this monomers, with purity of more than 99.99%;this made my leader very satisfied.
More than four years of working experiences expand my capacity. I oftenmake use of NMR, X-ray, DSC and other instrumental methods for research. Amongthem, I am most skilled in NMR reactors, I have experiences on solving problemsof Engineering and Mechanics. What is more, I am familiar with computeroperation and some application software. 1.隨意夸下?
如果你沒參加過很多志愿活動(dòng),不是學(xué)校的明星運(yùn)動(dòng)員,或者演過的最牛逼的角色是舞臺(tái)上的那棵靜默的榆樹時(shí),那就不要假裝你是一個(gè)大人物了。不誠(chéng)實(shí)的表現(xiàn)增加了你遭拒的幾率。別害怕講真事兒,即便看上去好像不起作用。
2.旁門左道
我們都聽說過都市傳奇。一個(gè)女孩將旅游時(shí)穿的人字拖交上去了;一個(gè)男孩因?yàn)樵谕铺厣险故玖怂麨槊芪鞲氢祵懙脑?shī),而失去了讀密歇根大學(xué)的機(jī)會(huì)……這樣“八仙過海,各顯神通”的大神比比皆是。不過,你要知道,關(guān)鍵詞是“He’s Just NotT hat Into You”,人家對(duì)你不感冒,你怎么做都無濟(jì)于事的。記。哼@是特例,可不是規(guī)則。
3.慎用開篇名言
假如說你是為莎士比亞的名言而活,或者肯尼迪的愛國(guó)訴求真的改變了你的人生,那跟別人分享他們的智慧無可厚非——畢竟,他們確實(shí)很聰明。但是,大學(xué)的招生負(fù)責(zé)人想認(rèn)識(shí)的是你,而不是認(rèn)識(shí)他們。如果你覺得某句名言跟你要寫的東西確實(shí)有很大的關(guān)系,那引用一個(gè)短語(yǔ)就足夠了。將名言和個(gè)人經(jīng)歷結(jié)合起來,比如你第一次聽這句話時(shí)的強(qiáng)烈震動(dòng),或者一個(gè)你愛的`人經(jīng)常對(duì)你說這句話等。最重要的是,一定要選擇上檔次的名言(你要是想引用麥莉·賽勒斯的名言,那神仙也幫不了你)。
4.泛泛而談志愿經(jīng)歷,缺乏原創(chuàng)性
去南非做志愿者是你經(jīng)歷過的最美好的事情。你交了很多好朋友,度過了美好的時(shí)光,遇到了一些牛逼人物并學(xué)到了很多東西……(此處忽略了很多“最”什么什么)我們相信這是真的。但是寫這有啥用呢?成千上萬的其他申請(qǐng)者也寫了這些啊,跟你一模一樣。人家怎么把你從蕓蕓眾生中挑選出來呢?真捉急,招生的也是人呀!
不孤僻,規(guī)則就是用來打破的。小編特別提醒大學(xué),一定不要寫“我去了哪哪哪我?guī)土藙e人到那時(shí)我才知道我的人生原來可以很有意思”等等等等,要去寫你遇到的具體困難,或者某段具體的談話。你在寫的時(shí)候就可以問自己:“除了我,別人會(huì)寫這個(gè)嗎?”如果答案是肯定的,那你還是回去再琢磨琢磨吧。
5.文章中有顯而易見的錯(cuò)誤
最容易出局的文章是什么樣的呢?沒有檢查第二遍的!
就算你是一個(gè)文字高手,你也得讓別人讀一遍你的文章。可能有拼寫錯(cuò)誤,你必須讓別人看看,他還可以為你的文章內(nèi)容做出指導(dǎo)。小編提醒大家將你的文章在別人面前大聲讀出來——即使你很害羞。有的句子寫到紙上很棒,但讀出來就離題千里了。
6.文章過度強(qiáng)調(diào)悲情體

Studying Law has given me an insight into thefundamentals that make up our English Legal System and has helped me realisethat the rule of law is crucial in providing a basis for trust andpredictability. Both these subjects have taught me to develop my analytical andevaluative skills, and also problem solving skills. I believe all the qualitiesI have gained through my courses are essential in order to strengthen mycompetence.
In my spare time, I take pleasure in reading be it short stories or neverending novels. Dear xxx,I plan to study for Ph.D. in Biochemistry at Case Western ReserveUniversity with special interests in metabolism, macromolecular synthesis, andprotein crystal growth. During this monomers, with purity of more than 99.99%;this made my leader very satisfied.
More than four years of working experiences expand my capacity. I oftenmake use of NMR, X-ray, DSC and other instrumental methods for research. Amongthem, I am most skilled in NMR reactors, I have experiences on solving problemsof Engineering and Mechanics. What is more, I am familiar with computeroperation and some application software. Born in June x, I grew up in Lanzhou, a city that boasts of a history ofthousands of years and a cultural heritage that is as colorful as it is old。 Fewcities, either in China or beyond, can match it in the richness of architecturalstyles。 Stradding the upper Yellow River that sired the Chinese civilization,Lanzhou prides itself in both her past glory laden in the ancient structures onthe north bank and her new found prosperity oozing out of the dazzlinghigh—rises in the south。 Although, as a child, I was not always able toarticulate my admiration for such striking contrast, I constantly beheld thecity's landscape in awe。 I began to understand, at that young age, thatarchitecture can be a powerful symbol of culture, a people and the spirit of anera。
My first intellectual mentor, one of my parents' best friends, was anartist seasoned in oil painting and photography。 She often brought me with herwhen she traveled, and it was on these trips that her creative mind worked infull gear。 I thus observed how human hands could work wonders by recreating thebeauty of natural scenery in the form of sketches, paintings and photos。 Whatwas more important, I got to know that there are professions of creative workthat calls for imagination and craftsmanship。
Fervent with creative art and fascinated with architectural design, Ientered in 1992 into the Department of Architecture of Tsinghua University,China's top engineering school, on the strength of my outstanding performance inthe highly competitive National University Entrance Examinations。
At Tsinghua, I went through five years of vigorous training and thusacquired exquisite skills in drawing and design。 Since I understood from earlychildhood that inspiration often comes from nature, I traveled far and widethroughout China's vast territory, setting my foot even in outlying Tibet andXingjiang, both in the country's westernmost interior。 These travels allowed meto trace modern China's culture to its different sources, and the variety notonly deeply impressed me but also fired my imagination。 In my graduationproject, Cashi Contemporary Art Museum in Xinjiang, I successfully blended anatural environment into my artistic design by using a system of watercirculation to support and sustain the building。 As the most significantresource in an agricultural enclave surrounded by desert, water represents hopefor both the people and their land。 With the water circulation system, thebuilding took on added vitality。

Once I have settled into the real world of architectural design, Ideveloped my career path quickly, playing substantial roles in a stream ofprojects。 To date, my most significant responsibility has been to work as a maindesigner in (a key state) project, in which I led a group of my colleagues inmeeting a daunting challenge。 In addition to gaining a profound understanding ofthe technical difficulties necessarily attendant to such large—scale projects, Ilearned to work effectively within a team that also included my clients andcolleagues。 The teamwork thus not only strengthened my professional competenceat conceptual and technical design but also honed my leadership skills that canbe put to good use in other situations。 As a result, I now feel even moreconfident of myself than I was before。
