1.《邀請(qǐng)外國(guó)人入境審批表》兩份，需單位相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人簽字并加蓋公章，并提交開發(fā)區(qū)招商局蓋章； 注：招商局蓋章時(shí)需提交的材料如下：
